We are opening our plein air show and sale! Originally this show and sale was open to works created during our plein air painting weekend this past June 20th and 21st (as part of the larger Come Paint Alberta events happening throughout Southern and Central Alberta).
If you have a creation you would like to submit or add in please reach out and get it to us by 1pm June 22nd, 2026 to be included in the show. Contact Savannah at 403 741 7360 by text or call, or send us an email to arrange drop off to thelacombeartguild@gmail.com
We will accept your work into the show and sale as long as it was created in a plein air setting!
How many works can you submit? 1 to 3 pieces are welcomed (ideally not larger than 24” works.
For those wishing to be in our show and sale (in partnership with the Lacombe Performing Arts Centre for a six week showcase in their facility) a one time non-refundable registration fee of $25 will be applicable. Please select this option from the drop down options below.
Show & Sale in partnership with the Lacombe Performing Arts Centre :
All returned works from the plein air painting weekend will be taken to be displayed at the venue on the gallery wall of the Lacombe Ford Lobby at the LPAC (we will hang works for all participating artists). Please be prepared to name your work, list the medium, provide an e-transfer email, and set a price for the work.
Opening reception to take place: June 23rd from 7pm - 9pm → all participating artists are invited to attend, and please share this event with your friends, family, and other art enthusiasts!
Exhibit showcase & sale will run from June 23rd to July 30th of 2026
Sales → Any artwork sold will be divided into the following: 15% proceeds to the Lacombe Art Guild | 15% proceeds to the Lacombe Performing Arts Centre | 70% proceeds to the artist
